Founder & CEO

Shelley Scipione is the Founder & CEO of On Demand Chiefs. Shelley has been in business for 25+ years, has spent 15 years in Marketing and has an MBA from Michigan Ross, a top-ten business school. Her career spans Consulting and Fortune 500 companies to speciality retail and start-ups.  As a Marketer, Shelley is a big picture thinker who can evaluate the business environment to identify the best opportunities for growth. She also thrives in operationalizing business strategy by setting up best-in-class systems, processes and teams. 

This experience allows Shelley to take the best marketing principles from each type of business model to recommend new solutions for companies. 

Shelley’s industry expertise is in Consumer Tech, specifically eCommerce and FinTech. Her experience includes industry leaders such as Walmart.com,  PayPal and Wells Fargo. In addition to a strong B2C (Business to Consumer) and Marketplaces background, Shelley’s recent consulting projects have been focused on B2B (Business to Business) and B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer).
